Goals are essential because it keeps us motivated and inspired all the time. But, what is the benefit of writing them down?

What keeps us alive and on track is the projected outcome we wish to attain or achieve in the future. We work hard not only to survive but also with the hope for the actuality of our goals making them our topmost priority.

These milestones are actually your memories how you managed to conquer your fears, doubts, and troubles. Once you look again and think about what happened in every step, the more you will be determined or challenged to surpass whatever obstacles ahead of you.
- Obligation. When you want to achieve something for yourself, eventually that becomes a compelling force for you to give your best or exert extra effort for it. This will become the automatic self-command you need to perform every day.
